Double blind submissions
All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. So the submitted version of the paper should be appropriately anonymized. Authors should remove author and institutional identities from the title and header areas of the paper. There should also be no acknowledgments. At the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Papers that do not conform with our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review.

PAPER SUBMISSION FORMAT
Use the following guidelines when preparing your document:
Submitted papers should be written with a maximum length limit of 6 pages.

Submissions must be in pdf format. All papers are limited to a 10MB file size. Supplementary material (images, video, etc.) may optionally be submitted with papers, but be sure to maintain anonymity. The supplemental materials will not be part of the conference proceedings, so they are only there to aid the reviewing process. All supplementary material must be zipped into a single file. The entire submission (paper + supplemental material) has a file size limit of 50MB. Note that reviewers are not required to view the supplemental material (though most reviewers are likely to do so), but are not obligated to do so. Thus any information critical to understanding the work should be in the main paper.

Templates
The following style files and templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word:

If the paper is typeset in LaTeX, please use an unmodified version of the LaTeX template. Do not use additional LaTeX commands or packages to override and change the default typesetting choices in the template, including line spacing, font sizes, margins, space between the columns, and font types.

If you are using Microsoft Word to format your paper, you should use an unmodified version of the Word template.
ACII_Asia_2018_Word.rar --a Word template of correct formatting and font use.

Regardless of the source of your paper formatting, you must submit your paper in the Adobe PDF format. The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, on standard black-and-white printers.
